Auditorium and Stage (includes tables and chairs) - $550

Set up / take down, day before / after - $110 per half day

Maximum seating -- Banquet tables: 160, Chairs only: 220

Basic use of sound system, stage lighting available at no additional charge
Day = 8 am to midnight following

Second Floor Historic Rooms ---- $385 day

Catering prep room ------- $60 per event

Lobby Gallery (first floor) ------- $220 day

Lobby Gallery (second floor) ----- $165 day

Green Room (first floor dressing/meeting room) ---- $220 day

Tables -- 60” round (20); 72” rectangle (9); 96” rectangle (8)
Linens -- $20 for 60” round, 8’ rectangle (black/white); $1 napkin (b/w)

Also available -- dinner plates, dessert plates, cups, stemware, flatware, battery candles, various centerpiece décor

Deposit required to hold dates : 50% rental*.

Stay overnight in the unique Balcony Bedroom Suite: $150 per night + tax

To preserve the historic restoration of the Warren Cultural Center, some restrictions apply to the use of its rooms. Among the items not allowed are candles, glitter, confetti, water features, fog machines, and tape on walls. *Please talk with the director for complete terms of the rental contract.
